Join us to journey back in time with this gorgeous guided Ancient Egyptian meditation combined with a soothing soundbath of a vast array of instruments.

Arrive at 7pm so we are ready to start the hour long meditation at 7.15pm and stay for a drink and a chat afterwards. We will end the evening with a gratitude and healing circle.
Bring mats, blankets and cushions if you are wanting to lie down.
