Join us for a Journey Towards Mental and Emotional Wellbeing.Our Balance Your Mind Wellbeing Programme is designed to empower you with the tools, techniques and support to move beyond just coping with life to truly flourishing.
This 4-week programme focuses on helping you manage your thoughts and emotions, relax your body and develop a positive mindset. The sessions will take place 12pm-2pm on Monday 23rd September, Monday 30th September, Monday 7th October and Monday 14th October 2024. Please note, participants are required to be available for all sessions.
