Silver Swans Beginners Ballet is for people over 55 with little or no ballet experience.Jacqueline is going to talk to us about the method and provide a demonstration. She is happy to answer any questions you may have and will give us the chance to join in from our seated positions.
If you are looking for information on a low impact exercise class or just interested in the concept, then come along and join us.
