Shiplake College Rowing Camps prove hugely popular every year, catering for over 50 students per week and giving access to Shiplake College’s enviable fleet of boats, world-class boathouse and our own very experienced and professional coaches.

We hope that the five-day camp gives students an insight into what it is like to be part of one of the UK’s most successful rowing schools, whilst also developing their skills out on the river. The camps are for girls and boys going into Years 9 to 13.

Camp Week 1 (Monday 21 to Friday 25 July): Non-residential camp open to all girls and boys from any school.

Camp Week 2 (Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August): Residential and non residential camp open to all girls and boys from any school.

Camp Week 3 (Monday 4 to Friday 8 August): Residential and non residential camp open to all girls and boys from any school.

Please note that this year we have added a weekend residential stay - for those wishing to book both residential camps. This can be selected under the Week 3 camp and includes accommodation, food and activities (Friday 1-Sunday 3 August. 

For those just wishing to stay on the Sunday evening before the camp commences - you can select one night only - which can be found in Camp 2 (Sunday 27 July 2025) or Camp 3 (Sunday 3 August).
