I would like to invite you to an exciting event that is taking place on Thursday 16th January, 6pm-7:30pm. We have been lucky enough to secure Emma Mitchell, a fantastic motivational speaker, to deliver a keynote speech for students and parents.In January 2016, Emma made history as part of the Coxless Crew after an incredible nine-month journey across the Pacific Ocean. When the team finally reached Cairns, Australia, they had spent 257 days at sea in their pink 29ft boat, Doris.
This event is open to students in Years 9, 10 and 11 and the Sixth Form. Parents are also welcome to attend.
