About
The Council Housing service is reviewing our 2020 Allocation Policy.We are required to provide a policy on how we allocate residential accommodation from our own stock and from Private Registered Providers of Social Housing, whom we work in partnership with.
Having considered current government legislation and carried out an initial consultation with partners and stakeholders, we have drafted an updated Allocation Policy.
We would now like to give all tenants, housing applicants and stakeholders the opportunity to review this policy and give us their thoughts and input.
We will be emailing you an electronic version of this consultation, which we would encourage you to complete. We are also hosting this in-person event, which will give you the opportunity to discuss the proposed policy with officers and share your ideas with us.
