Supporting Your Journey Towards Alcohol Awareness and Positive Change.Are you looking for a safe and supportive space to explore your relationship with alcohol? Next Steps is a peer support group designed to help you gain awareness, share experiences and connect with others on a similar path.
About the Group:
- Next Steps provides a welcoming, judgement-free environment for anyone impacted by alcohol use.
- Share your story, listen to others and learn valuable tools for managing challenges and celebrating successes. The group is led by an experienced Health Coach who promotes open discussion and personal growth.
