A deep dive into Sales Essentials over a 3 week period with a max of 6 other small businesses.In session 1, we'll cover relationships, psychology, building rapport and listening skills. Session 2 is all about questioning, qualifying and digging into customer needs. Finally in session 3 we'll discuss creating and building value relevant to your customer needs and lean into objection handling.
2hrs per week for 3 weeks (a little longer on the 3rd) with laptops open. Interactive, learning from each other and leaving with output specific to your business to supercharge your sales in 2025! This isn't watch and learn; this is participation, thinking, action, fun and output (maybe even some homework between sessions).
