‘A Musical Union’: An Evening of Music for Hope and Peace

The performance is presented by the Tri-borough Music Hub in partnership with City of London Sinfonia, St. Mary’s Ukrainian School, and She’s Got Brass. A summary of the programme is here:
o St Mary’s Ukrainian Choir and TBMH Symphonic Band will perform a premier of an original work commissioned by CLS, curated by composer Jessie Maryon Davies and pupils from St Mary’s Ukrainian School.
o Symphonic Band will perform a selection of pieces by Eastern European composers supported by Musicians from CLS and SGB including Ukrainian music Chervona Ruta, Oi khodyt' son, and Three Ukrainian Folksongs.
o She’s Got Brass will also perform a short solo set of their own which promises to be an exciting mix of rhythm and infectious tunes.
o Finally, all instrumentalists will come together at the end of the concert and perform one final piece to really raise the roof on the night!
