Saturday: WA 70m, 60m, 50m (Compound & Barebow), Metrics 122 & WA VI 30m

Sunday: WA1440, Metrics I-V & WA VI Outdoors

Registration & Bow Inspection: Registration will be from 8;15am Saturday, 8am Sunday, Please bring your AGB card with you as it will be required for registration. If you do not have your 2024/25 card please bring proof of purchase. Anyone unable to prove AGB or other applicable Governing Body membership will not be allowed to participate.
Equipment Inspection will take place before practice

Timing: Saturday Assembly: 8:45 Practice: 9:00, competition starts straight after practice.

Sunday Assembly: 8:30 Practice 8:45, competition starts straight after practice.

Rules: The whole weekend will be run to WA rules as applicable at the time of the event.

Format Saturday:

WA 70m Recurve & Longbow 122cm full face.

WA 50m (Compound) 80cm 6-ring face.

WA 50m (Barebow) 122cm full face.

WA 60m Under 18 Men, Under 18 Women, 50+ Men and Women (R & L).

Metric 122-50, Under 16 Men and Women, Under 15 Men and Women.

Metric 122-40, Under 14 Men and Women.

Metric 122-30, Under 12 Men and Women.

WA VI 30m round.

These ranking rounds will be shot in double detail with six arrows shot in four minutes. A series of Head-to-Head
matches will follow this. Although it is hoped that all archers will go through to the Head to Head stage a cut may
be applied depending on entries and timing. Higher placed archers may receive a bye in the earlier rounds.

Categories may be mixed if there arent enough entries.

Format Sunday:
WA 1440 (90m) Men, Under 21 Men

WA 1440 (70m) Women, Under 21 Women, Under 18 Men, 50+ Men

WA1440 (60m) Under 18 Women, Under 16 Men, 50+ Women
Metric IlI - Under 16 Women, Under 15 (Men and Women)
Metric IV - Under 14 (Men and Women)
Metric V - Under 12 (Men and Women)

WA VI Outdoors.

All rounds will be shot in double detail with six arrows shot in four minutes throughout the day.
Compounds and Recurve will shoot on individual six-zone 80cm faces at 50m and 30m
Barebow and Longbow archers will shoot on 80cm full faces at both 50m and 30m.
Metric rounds will be shot on full faces throughout.

Depending on entries, the Sunday may be changed to single detail with six arrows shot in four minutes throughout the day.

Bosses: Ten Zone Layered Foam & Danage

Entry Fee: Senior Saturday £16.00, Senior Sunday £16.00. Junior (U18) Saturday £8.00, Junior (U18) Sunday £8.00. Junior being accompanied by a full paying senior FREE.
Late entries may be accepted, at discretion of the organisers, and will be subject to a £2 surcharge.

Awards: Will be awarded for the complete weekend subject to entries at the time of closing.
Juniors will be eligable for single day awards also subject to entries at time of closing.
You must shoot in the same age category all weekend to be eligible for awards.
Please ensure you enter the correct age category, as changes after entry may not be possible, and will be at the discretion of the organisers.
It is the Archers responsibility to ensure their entry is correct.

Closing Date: 5th/6th July 2025 or when full.

Refreshments: There will be tea and coffee and cake available to purchase on the day.

Music: There will be music played during the day, and on a low volume during shooting.

Dress: AGB Rule 307.
