Join us on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at West Sands & The Old Course Hotel, St. Andrews!Bob & Blether, in partnership with The Old Course Hotel, presents a morning of empowerment, inspiration and wellness. The day starts on West Sands Beach, with an uplifting sunrise yoga and breathwork session using silent disco headphones, followed by an invigorating ‘dook’ in the North Sea. Afterwards, we coorie in at The Old Course Hotel with a delicious welcome breakfast and enjoy a live performance by acclaimed Scottish singer/songwriter Nati Dredd. You'll then be able to choose from expert-led workshops covering wellness, nutrition, crystal healing, yoga/meditation and pilates. Whether you are a seasoned cold water swimmer or a beginner this event is open to all women, so gather your community, dive in and let's make this International Women’s Day one to remember.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to local women’s charities.
