Join us at our Filipino Food Night in aid of Myeloma UK and experience the taste of the Philippines!Branded by Gordon Ramsey as 'The Sleeping Beauty of Asia', Filipino cuisine is the original fusion food. It's a mixture of Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese, & Pacific Island flavours.

Main dishes, served as a buffet:
PORK & CHICKEN ADOBO- Although Spanish-sounding, this is a traditional Filipino dish cooked with vinegar, onions & garlic.
DINUGUAN (Pork Blood Stew)- Uniquely Filipino, don't be put off by its name; it's better tasted than explained!
BEEF CALDERATA- Filipino beef stew from the Iberian peninsula
PANCIT BIHON- Filipino version of Singapore noodles, similar ingredients but tastes different
TOKWA'T BABOY-Tofu & pork salad made with vinegar, chillies, onions, ginger & tomatoes
GINISANG TALONG- Aubergine cooked in oil, onion, garlic & tomatoes
