TO COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION YOU WILL NEED:

• Scout Troop Team Lead (attending Pioneer25 each day) Forename and Surname
• Scout Troop Team Lead (attending Pioneer25 each day) email
• Scout Troop Team Lead (attending Pioneer25 each day) Mobile
• Scout Troop Team Lead Agree to join Pioneer25 WhatsApp Group (MUST State YES or NO - GDPR)
• Scout Group (as registered with Surrey Scouts)
• Patrol Name (Can be any name – used on certificates)
• For each Scout attending: Forename and Surname
• For each person attending: Special Needs (if none state NONE).

(Persons having Special Needs accepted via individual assessment of needs – please provide details of Special Needs – Organiser may contact the Leader to discuss the application)

An EMAIL acknowledgement of registration will be posted to the Scout Troop Team Lead email address provided

 PLEASE NOTE: 

Only a Scout Troop Team Lead or Exec Member should complete registration for Scouts - The Activity Organiser cannot accept an entry from a person not authorised by the Scout Group. Parents/Guardians are asked to refer to the Scout Troop Team.
