This skill share session will explore allotment committee structures and members roles; exploring experiences and sharing good practice as well as some of the challenges. This facilitated session will pool contributions from attendees and will discuss ways to strengthen the overall functioning of allotment committees, whilst sharing creative ideas for encouraging participation on allotment committees. A light lunch will be provided.
