International Women's Day Panel Event

About
Join us to celebrate International Women's Day with a fascinating conversation on female athlete hormone health with leading experts in the area.
Our panel, hosted by Professor Jo Rycroft-Malone OBE, consists of Renee McGregor, Dr Milli Razaida and Sally Thompson-Taylor, who will explore specific health issues related to elite athletes and discuss how we can support them and change some of the negative elements they face daily.
Renee is a leading dietician and nutritionist currently working the English and Scottish National Ballet companies and is involved in the management of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). She also managed sports science teams in the lead up to the Rio Olympics 2016. Renee is a best-selling author with her most recent book, More Fuel You, and features in a newly-released film, Unfiltered, exploring her life and motivations.
Milli is an award winning GP with more than15 years of experience specialising in women's health. She is a senior clinical lecturer at Lancaster University and her book Happy Hormones, Happy You is an Amazon bestseller.
Sally is a British Weightlifting coach, with more than 10 years' experience working with teams, and the lead coach and owner of Fylde Coast Weightlifting Club. She balances this work with a role as a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at Lancaster University.
