Burton & Islam

About
Join us for our next Burton and Islam talk by Tharik Hussain, Habitats & Heritage's Outreach and Education Officer, in the Queen Anne Suite at Kingston Guildhall on Wednesday 26th March from 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm). Tickets for the talk, which explores Burton's fascinating relationship with Islam through his famous hajj in the 1853, will be £10 and include a drink*. The talk is part of a series for our NLHF funded project, Burton: Exploring Without Boundaries.* A small iftar pack will be provided and a prayer space made available for anyone wishing to break their fast on site (doors will open from 6:20pm for this purpose only).
NB The venue is wheelchair accessible, however if you have an oversized wheelchair, please provide dimensions before booking to confirm accessibility. There are two blue badge parking bays on site and some limited general ones. The Rose Car Park is the nearest alternative (two minutes walk).
