Spring Into Action: Wormery and Bokashi composting workshop

About
Cooked food can be tricky to compost at home because it can attract rodents and other pests in an open garden compost. At this 2-hour free workshop, you'll learn all out about two approaches for composting unavoidable food waste – including cooked food!The workshop will cover:
* Setting up and maintaining a wormery, alongside the benefits and challenges of this approach.
* How to use Bokashi bran to ferment your food waste before composting it.
* How to make your own Bokashi Bran with lactic acid bacteria serum (LABS).
Bring a bottle and container to take away some LABS and/or Bokashi Bran to get you started.
