Rejuvenate your mind and body with a Nordic-style open water dip and relaxing sauna session. This new swim opportunity is designed for adults seeking peace and restoration. Sessions are £6 per person, to be paid prior to attendance. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

Important Information:
Changing facilities are on-site, with water access via a gently sloping ramp. For severe mobility issues, car park access beside the lake can be arranged. The team is experienced in assisting individuals with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. Please inform us in advance if you require support.
