About
Join herbalist Lesley Hoyle for a forage walk along the river Lune and share a nettle soup with bread and butter/vegan spread and your handmade wild plants pesto.The workshops will be run by herbalist Lesley Hoyle, based in Windermere. This session is open to anybody with an interest in hearing the folklore of our native plants learning about wild plants' culinary and medicinal properties, and adding them to a meal.
