Everyone is warmly invited to Myrtle’s Courtyard to hear the efforts and successes of our first two years of our 100 year plan for nature restoration on Puttenham Common.Cows have been grazing the common for the first time in generations, regular bird surveys have taken place, so too butterfly transects, timber has been extracted to open up boggy mires, there has been constant ecological monitoring and a first ever Bioblitz was held. We would like to update you on all the data collected and the impact these initiatives have had on a very special and much-loved part of the estate.
