ACOSVO 2025 Members Day

About
An exclusive Members only event.
The Scottish voluntary sector is faced with unprecedented challenges, necessitating further change. At ACOSVO, we have focused recent efforts on listening and engaging with our members to fully understand their leadership contexts, and what we as a collective can do to enable organisations to mobilise and drive this meaningful change.
THIS Members Day we’re shifting the conversation from listening to acting. We’ve established the problems, and now it’s time to focus on HOW we can start implementing solutions.
The day will focus on broadening our thinking and learning from leaders who have had the courage to challenge traditional ways of working, reimagined their approach, and found new ways to create real impact.
Then we’ll explore the methods by which we can turn these ideas into action. Using “practical organisational design approaches,” we’ll explore how you can apply creative thinking to your own organisation and challenge norms. Through interactive sessions, you’ll have the space to step back, reflect, and START co-creating new possibilities with your peers.
Earlybird tickets are on sale until April 28th, don't miss out and BOOK NOW!
