Terms and Conditions
These sessions will be suitable for children with BMX bikes, MTB's or cyclo cross/gravel/road bikes.
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of attendance.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
5. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
6. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Southend Wheelers are solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Bob Barber via webmaster@southendwheelers.org
7. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, patrons will be contacted by e mail.
8. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with British Cycling’s Date privacy act.
9. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting webmaster@southendwheelers.org

Parental consent
Being the parent or guardian of the above rider I:
a) understand and agree that my son/daughter participates in events promoted under the British Cycling Guidelines for non-competitive cycling events entirely at his/her own risk. I have considered and understand the nature of such events and have discussed them with my son/daughter. I am satisfied that my son/daughter is sufficiently responsible and competent to assume full and entire responsibility for his/her own safety whilst engaged in non-competitive events organised under British Cycling Regulations.
b) agree that my son/daughter shall participate in such events without any liability whatsoever on the part of the promoter, promoting club, British Cycling, or any club or organisation affiliated thereto or their officials or members in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by him/her, provided that this does not exclude the liability of any such party for death or personal injury arising from that party's negligence.
c) confirm that my son/daughter does not have any disability or medical condition, physical or mental, which could affect his/her ability to ride safely in the event entered. I understand that I must notify the Chief Executive of British Cycling at once if at any time my son/daughter becomes subject to a disability or medical condition, physical or mental, which could affect his/her ability to ride safely in the event entered.
Declaration: By completing this booking, I confirm that I am the parent or guardian of and holding legal responsibilities for the above rider.
