Terms and Conditions Please note Tickets are non-refundable. Due to limited seats available, we will not be selling tickets at the door. Make sure to read all details below before purchasing your ticket.  Guests with special nutritional requirements must contact our team at thebeacon@copeland.gov.uk, at least 72 hours before the event. Our workshops will have a minimum of six participant guests and a maximum of 12. In the event any of the workshops do not meet the minimum of ten guests, we reserve the right to change the event date to the next available workshop with the minimum required guests. Customers will be contacted to arrange the best suitable available date. Cancelation and Non-Attendance of Workshops: - Should we be unable to deliver a workshop on the date specified, you shall have the option to either have a full refund or to move your booking to another available date. Should the workshop on the rearranged date be of a higher cost, you shall be required to pay the difference, should the cost be less, you will be entitled to a refund of the difference. - You may cancel your booking upto 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop and receive a full refund. After this, cancellations upto 2 weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. Within 2 weeks, no refund shall be offered. - Should you be unable to attend the workshop on the date that you have booked, no refund or transfer of your booking shall be offered. - We reserve the right to, at our discretion, offer terms more generous than those outlined above if we feel that this is fair and reasonable.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
