By purchasing tickets you agree to abide by the terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. Your purchase of event tickets is subject to these terms, including the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment:
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
No Refund for Non-Attendance: If you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons or other circumstances not related to the event itself, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Please plan your attendance accordingly.

4. Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control), you will be offered a full refund, or an option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date or another event (if applicable).

5. Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to:
a} Transfer your ticket to the new date.
b) Request a refund (if the event cannot be rescheduled).

6. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the official announcement of cancellation or rescheduling of the event. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. No Refund for Non-Attendance: If you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons or other circumstances not related to the event itself, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Please plan your attendance accordingly. Tickets are generally non-transferable. 8. Late Arrivals and Early Departures:
We recommend arriving early to ensure your participation in the full event experience. There will be no refunds or adjustments if you arrive late or depart early.

9. Special Circumstances:
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies or travel disruptions), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing, and supporting documentation may be required.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
