As a charity, profits from our mock exams directly support free 11+ preparation classes for children from low-income families. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases, we may consider a partial or full refund. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of AIM Kent. Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate requests to reschedule your booking to another mock exam date, subject to availability.
