Background:
The Institute of Medical Illustrators have used Trybooking for their Annual Conferences in 2015, 2016, and 2017. They attract delegates from hospitals and medical organisations in the UK and overseas.
How the IMI benefit from Trybooking:
The IMI were able to use Trybooking to sell tickets to Delegates and also to manage the Trade exhibiting at the conference.
The IMI use the Sections and Pricing Schema features to display different sets of tickets for different audiences be they Concessions, Delegates and Trade.
Delegates had multiple ticket options for the conference, including accommodation and evening meal options.
“We were really pleased with the flexibility of the system and the range of features, it has made running the conference much more manageable. Importantly we have improved admin and cashflow for the organisation as delegates paid at the time of booking and not via invoices post the event,” explained Ross Milligan, Secretary at IMI.
By using the Data Collection feature IMI were able to create specific registration forms depending on the ticket choice of the Delegates or Trade.
They could gather information such as Delegates’ Name, Organisation and Dietary Requirements.
IMI can export all data whenever required and can report on many different aspects of the events with 24 real time reports.
