Can I use TryBooking for my yoga classes bookings?
Yes you can, you can simply set your class up as an event and add your sessions that you wish people to book. Then set it live and use our booking widgets to on your website to take bookings seamlessly.
What ticketing service fees does TryBooking charge?
Should you be taking payment through your TryBooking event, the transaction will be subjected to a processing fee and a ticket fee. These fees vary per region associated with your TryBooking account. Below details these fees per region.
Australia:
For bookings or donations made on events:
- 50c ticket fee (charged to the ticket buyer) or a 15c ticket fee if the ticket price is $5.00 or less.
- 2.5% processing fee (charged to the event organiser by default or passed on to the ticket buyer by selection)
For donations made on fundraising pages:
- 2.5% donation fee (charged to the fundraiser by default)
Can I customise my own wellness event page?
Yes, you can have full customisation of your own event page. We also provide a widget to allow you to place your event page onto your site.
Do you offer discounted pricing for not-for-profits?

For bookings or donations made on events:
- 50c ticket fee (charged to the ticket buyer)

Are there any others costs with creating an event on TryBooking?
No, there are no cost associated with creating a event.
There are NO lock-in contracts, sign-up or account maintenance fees, nor any subscriptions. We also don't put any limits on free tickets or events, we are more than happy for you to use our platform.
Fees are only incurred when a paid transaction is processed through your event. Allowing you to run a free event without any cost.

Can I use TryBooking to sell tickets to private wellness events?
Absolutely! You can make your event private and turn off all social media sharing via the Event Publication. It is at your discretion to share your unique booking URL publicly or privately.
